Traning for unskilled workers aims to improve their job handling skills, which would in turn reduce the cost of labour to organizations. In most cases, such activities of training are conducted by immediate supervisors or foremen while on the job.

  1. Semi-Skilled Workers

These training programs are conducted to make employees cope up with constant changes in the industry. The training which is usually carried out by a high performer or even an external professional enhances the abilities of the employees to be more flexible and open to changes. 

  1. Skilled Workers

The Skilled workers are given systematics training to improve their existing job skills. This can be through apprenticeship, management training, which are conducted by managers, senior supervisors or even an external trainer.

  1. Top Management

The top management members are given the training to make them up to date with the advancing technological improvements. The training programmes for the supervisory staff must be specific and tailor-made to fit the need of the undertaking.
